Asliria picked up her pencil and started writing on the museum plan. She then winced as she heard two men's voices shouting in the background.
“I know how to make soup!”
“Out of a can!”
“Believe it or not Lazarus, I do actually know how to make meals from scratch too!”
“LAZARUS. CHASE.” She heard them both stop at her shouts. “Shut up!”
“Sorry!”
She sighed and started working on her museum plan again. She'd been asked to help the curator to organise and set up an exhibit for the pupils and students of the city's schools. A relatively easy task for her if only those two would stop fighting over dinner.
They started fighting again and she put her head in her hands.
For crying out loud!
